I have a hectic life. I have fought against doing ‘mumbo jumbo’ meditation.
I found Dr Paula gave me the science, and that in turn gave me the understanding and motivation to meditate.
I can’t promise I’ll do it everyday but I’m hoping I’ll do more days than not.
